Belt buffer with Powered Pushing System (IN-BELT)
The Belt buffer with powered pushing system s a fundamental component of our production process. This large-scale conveyor belt acts as a "warehouse" allowing for operational continuity during repotting, avoiding downtime due to plant movement.
Thanks to a powered pushing system, we are able to align and space the pots coming from the repotting area ready to be forked by a forklift equipped with a special fork. These pots are then transported directly to the field for cultivation, in the desired position.
Electronic control via PLC facilitates the entire process, eliminating the need for strenuous movements and manual operations in the open field.
