Using a forklift equipped with a special fork, plants can be quickly and efficiently positioned on the Buffer Belt. The belt then acts as a transit and temporary storage area, ensuring that the plants are ready for the next stages of the processing process.
Thanks to the Powered Pulling Out System, the pots can be efficiently extracted and individually separated, preparing them for the next stages of the process. This may include operations such as cleaning, trimming, labeling, fertilizing and more, allowing nurseries to manage their activities more quickly and efficiently.
The use of electronic control via PLC guarantees a smooth and precise operation, minimizing errors and increasing the overall efficiency of the process.
