Carpet

The Double Carpet System allows to align and space the vases coming from the cultivation area or from the area of re-potting or processing. This system allows the operator through the Forklift, equipped with a special gallows, to load the rows of pots coming from the cultivation area and unload the various rows of pots created and placed in the appropriate cultivation area.

Push Robot 

The push robot is the accessory that allows spacing between the vessels. This is allowed by electronic plc control. At fixed intervals it drives the thrust system and allows the passage of the vessels from the conveyor belt, coming from the processing area, to the Loading Carpet. The push robot is positioned on the inlet side of the vessels

Extraction Robot 

The extraction robot is the accessory that allows the vessels to be exited from the exhaust carpet. This is allowed by electronic plc control. At established intervals it drives the extraction system and allows the passage of the vessels from the Drain Carpet to processing belts that connect the entire plant. The extraction robot is placed on the outgoing side of the vessels.

Trimming machine Rap Carosel
